1. CATL
Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (also known in the industry as CATL is one of the Chinese battery manufacturers that produces lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles.
The largest lithium-ion battery manufacturer in the world, CATL is responsible for the production of around 96.7 gigawatts (GWh) out of the world’s 296.8 GWh.

4. Panasonic
With a share of 10, Panasonic just lags one place ahead of BYD. In early 2015 Panasonic had been the sole firm that was supplying batteries to Tesla which permitted Tesla to increase its production.
Panasonic works with Tesla to begin production of the new 4680 battery cell model which is expected to arrive with significant capacity increases. Panasonic expects to begin production in the coming year.
5. SK On
SK on Founder has the largest goals he has for his company. He would like to be the biggest manufacturer of EV batteries in the world by 2030.

The fifth-largest Ev battery maker, the company has a capability that is 13.2 GWh. The South Korean SNE research found that the company had surpassed $13.2 billion in sales.

6. Samsung SDI

9. Sunwoda
The Chinese battery maker is working on the construction of new manufacturing facilities. in Yiwu, a Chinese town of Yiwu located within the province of Zhejiang, Sunwoda plans to build a new facility that will have a capability of fifty GWh.
The company will invest approximately 3 billion euros into the electric vehicle battery facility. It will create modules, cells, packs, as well as batteries for complete systems for vehicles as well as stationary storage systems for energy.
10. SVOLT
SVOLT, the tenth company on this list plans to establish its second facility for battery production within Germany within the German state of Brandenburg similar to Tesla.
This is the first time that SVOLT is in the top ten of their spin-off of Great Wall Motors to a battery plant in Germany.
